I feel extremely privileged to be the Chief of Police for the City of Kerman, and to lead a Police Department whose employees are devoted to public service and improving public safety with such a high level of pride and professionalism.  On behalf of the employees of the Kerman Police Department, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for visiting our website.  It is my hope that you will find it both interesting & informative.

The Police Department is extremely proud of its history of positive interaction and support from the community we serve. It is only through enhancing our “Community-Police Partnerships” that we can improve the safety and quality of life for those who live, work and play in Kerman. Our success depends on these partnerships that we have developed with our citizens, the faith-based community, our private sector & other law enforcement entities. These partnerships and relationships are invaluable to all of our suppression, prevention & intervention efforts.

It is our goal to serve our community with professionalism and to build a foundation of proactive enforcement through compassionate policing treating everyone with dignity and respect.  I believe the success and strength of our police department comes from the community we serve.  By working in collaboration with City Leadership and the Community we strive to keep our city, schools and neighborhoods safe. This philosophy enhances our commitment to community policing by fully engaging the City’s Leadership, the Police Department, the Business Community and the Public as partners in public safety.
