CRIME FREE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING PROGRAM
A state-of-the-art crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gang activity on apartment and rental properties.  This program was first successfully developed at the Mesa Police Department in Arizona in 1992.  The program has since spread to nearly 2,000 cities in 44 US states.  It is also being adopted by other countries.

The idea behind this program is to give all Owners, Managers, and Tenants an avenue to become involved in making their particular property safe.  Our involvement will be in anything deemed a “nuisance” or violation of property rules.  We will also enforce State Laws as well as Kerman Municipal Codes.  We will guide and counsel both Landlord and Tenant on the proper way to address or resolve Landlord/Tenant issues to prevent violation of statutes.
